CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments that are cancelled within 24hrs of your appointment, client will be charged 50% of the entire service. Any appointments that are NO CALL/ NO SHOW the day of the appointment, client will be charged 50% of the entire service. Esthetically Steph has a very strict 7 min late policy. When you book an appointment you agree to be charged 50% off your full service if you arrive 7 min or more after your scheduled appointment. I try my best to accommodate late clients however that is not always the case.
